Penis puppetry pellican1/18/2024 ![]() ![]() After describing the upcoming performance they remove the cloaks and for the rest of the evening they manipulate their penises into a variety of shapes and forms. The two “Puppet Masters” then take the stage wearing large blue cloaks. In addition, a camera projects the “penis puppet” on a large screen behind the performers.Ī comic opens the performance with a 10-to-15-minute dialogue. The night we went, the entire audience was probably located in the first seven rows of the theatre. The stage has risers as you move away from the stage. The theatre is small, so no matter what tier of tickets you purchase (VIP, Reserved, or General Admission), you will have good vision to the stage. I would not walk back to the Strip after the show. We walked to the performance but took an “Uber” back to our hotel. The theatre is located inside of the “Erotic Heritage Museum” which is just off of the Strip, on Sammy Davis Jr. This show is not for everyone but if you have no problem with nudity or “dick” jokes you will laugh, and laugh, and laugh. We didn't learn much, but it was mildly interesting. Would we go back? Nope.Īre we glad we went? Yeah, kind of. ![]() There were several monitors showing actual sex all over.ĭid we enjoy it? Some of it, some of it was just corny, some even boring. The large video on animals could have been interesting, but the audio was 3 minutes behind the video. We enjoyed the old pottery and figurines, the erotic indian artwork and what actual historical objects they had, but the displays were set up poorly, with little documentation. It was just a few bikes welded together, with a tv on the handlebars, it vibrated when it got pedaled. The giant sex bike? Down for maintenance. The timeline of the porn industry covered the basics, mostly about censorship and people getting arrested for making it. The display on wicked Berlin was just a small history of a few famous people, and magazine drawings and covers and a pair of Eva Brau's underwear! As history, very little real info. It's more an attempt at the history of sex and the porn industry, not eroticism. We did not feel the museum lived up to it's name. We spent two hours in there, but we read the displays. We paid our senior rate and entered the museum. Not really much in the way of merchandise, with some displayed books and a large orgy type bedroom display. The building, next to a strip club reminded us of an '70's x-rated film theater. ![]()
